Bonds
NLB currently has outstanding 11 bonds, i.e.:
- on domestic market (Slovenia) 7 ordinary bonds and 3 subordinated bonds (NLB13, BDM1, BZ03); all bonds are listed;
- on foreign market 1 hybrid instrument (NOVALJ FLOAT 49; listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 16.6.2010; more information ...), 1 innovative instrument (listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 31.8.2005; more information ...) and 1 bond guaranteed by the Republic of Slovenia (NOVALJ 3 1/4 07/12; listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 23.7.2009; more information ...).
All outstanding bonds were offered to institutional investors through private placement, with the exception of bond guaranteed by the Republic of Slovenia.
