Consultant for Mercator Sale Selected
On 30 July 2011 the shareholders of Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d. that have acceded to the "Agreement on Joint Sale of the Shares of Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d.", signed a contract with ING Bank N.V., London on financial consulting in the process of selling the equity stake in the company Poslovni system Mercator.
So far the shareholders that have acceded to the Agreement on Joint Sale of the Shares of Poslovni system Mercator are Abanka, Banka Celje, Banka Koper, Gorenjska banka, Hypo Alpe Adria bank, investment fund NFD 1, NFD Holding, Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM), NLB, Pivovarna Laško, Pivovarna Union and Radenska. Together they hold 52.10% of the shares issued by the retailer.
