The Moody's rating agency downgraded the NLB's Long-term Bank Deposit Rating by a notch to Ba2, the rating of the subordinate debt went down to B3 and the rating junior subordinate debt to Caa1.
The credit risk rating of NLB d.d. bond with the guarantee of the Republic of Slovenia remains unchanged, i.e. A2 with a negative outlook.
The Agency justified the downgrade with the deteriorating credit portfolio and by consequence the need for creating additional provisions.
