Tender procedure for a new president of the Management Board of the NLB completed
The Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. has completed the process of selecting a president of the Management Board of the NLB.
The tender procedure ended without selecting a candidate, of which all applicants have already been informed. Until a new President of the Management Board of NLB d.d. is appointed, the Management Board shall be chaired by Božo Jašovič, MSc., who together with his team enjoys full confidence and support of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. In further procedures for appointing a new president of the Management Board of NLB d.d. the outcome of ongoing negotiations about the planned capital increase of the Bank shall be taken into account.
