The intent to sign a purchase and sales agreement for a 100% stake in NLB Nov penziski fond AD Skopje

Today, on 12th December 2017, we are informing the public about the intention of signing a purchase and sales agreement between NLB d.d, Ljubljana, and NLB Banka AD Skopje as sellers and the company Sava Re d.d. as a buyer for a 100% stake in NLB Nov Penziski fond AD Skopje.

The signing of this agreement concludes sales procedure started by NLB d.d., Ljubljana, and NLB Banka AD Skopje on 17 March of this year. The ownership of the target company shares will be transferred to the acquirer after all suspensive conditions have been met.

Nevertheless, the Republic of Macedonia remains one of the NLB Group’s strategic markets. NLB Banka AD Skopje is one of the largest and most important banks in the NLB Group and in the future, with further business development, the NLB Group is going to increase the volume of its operations in the Republic of Macedonia even further.
