Today, September 14th 2018 in Ljubljana NLB d.d. signed a purchase and sales agreement with Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. for the sale of 9,102 shares of Skupna pokojninska družba d.d., representing 28.13% of company's share capital.
NLB d.d. sold the shares to the only remaining shareholder of Skupna pokojninska družba d.d, who shall after transaction close in 8 working days after signing of the agreement, become a sole owner of the company. The capital impact of the transaction is not material for the NLB Group.
