The shareholders of NLB d.d. gathered today at the 34th General Meeting of Shareholders of NLB d.d.. At the beginning of the General Meeting, 70,71% of the shares with voting rights were represented.
The shareholders confirmed the proposed determination of the payment for the members of the Supervisory Board and its committees.
