Moody’s Upgraded NLB's Credit Rating for two notches

Yesterday on 21 June, 2017 rating agency Moody’s upgraded NLB's Long-term local and foreign-currency deposit ratings to "Ba1" from "Ba3". The Outlook changed to Stable from Rating under review.

According to Moody’s, the upgrade reflects improving operating environment in Slovenia and the continued improvement in the bank's credit fundamentals. The agency underlined NLB’s improvements in the bank's asset quality, profitability as well as maintaining strong capital adequacy.
