The shareholders of NLB d.d. gathered today at the 34th General Meeting of Shareholders of NLB d.d.. At the beginning of the General Meeting, 70,71% of the shares with voting rights were represented.
The shareholders confirmed the proposed determination of the payment for the members of the Supervisory Board and its committees. The adopted resolutions can be found here.
