A few days ago, the companies Interblock d.d. and Interblock USA L.C. signed with five Slovenian banks a contract on a long-term syndicated loan of USD 72 million and a mid-term revolving facility of EUR 30 million. The Slovenian banks have this way provided the company, which is one of the leading suppliers of electronic components for the gambling industry, with funds for their future business development and growth in foreign markets. The consortium of the banks in which Nova Ljubljanska banka played the role of the organiser and agent consists of: Abanka, Addiko bank, NLB, Nova KBM and SID bank. This syndicated loan proves that the domestic banks can also provide a quality financial support to strongly internationally-oriented companies such as Interblock, which operates on all the continents exporting practically 100% of its products to foreign markets.
The Interblock Group continues to grow and strengthen its global business operations in Europe, Northern and Southern America, Asia and Australia. The new syndicated loan is meant to be used for new investments and appropriate refinancing of their current liabilities. It gives the Interblock Group the long-term financial stability for future investments in a higher volume of business, which will in turn help them maximise their focus on development of most advanced products and services for clients, which the Interblock Group is best known for.
