Where to get NLB Klik?

You can download the free NLB Klik app from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery.

How do I activate NLB Klik?

Download the NLB Klik app to your phone.
You can order NLB Klik and the one-time password generator via video call or at a branch.
Activate it using the serial number and activation code sent to your email and via SMS.
To use the service, you need internet access and a smartphone with a supported operating system. If you plan to use NLB Klik via a web browser, you’ll also need a computer with a compatible browser.

Technical requirements

To use the NLB Klik mobile banking app, your device needs to have a compatible operating system. We recommend using the latest versions that meet the required security standards.

The current minimum supported operating system versions are:

  • Android 9

  • iOS 17

  • HarmonyOS 9

If your mobile device does not have at least these minimum versions or does not meet other security requirements (for example, if the system access is unlocked/rooted/jailbroken or system settings are changed), the NLB Klik app will not work.

Access to NLB Klik is also blocked if your device has malicious or potentially harmful apps installed that allow remote access or misuse of your mobile device.
