NLB d.d. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its digital services in line with the Act on the Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities (ZDPSI, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/23), effective from 28 June 2025. This statement applies to the following digital channels:
We are committed to following the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines and EN 301 549 standard, with the goal of making our digital experience perceivable, operable, understandable and robust – for all users, including those with various disabilities.
Accessibility is not a one-time project, but a continuous process integrated into all stages of planning, development and maintenance of our digital services.
As of the date of this statement, our digital solutions are mostly compliant with legal and standard requirements.
The website www.nlb.si is mostly compliant with ZDPSI and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Exceptions are being addressed and will be resolved by the end of 2025.
Implemented adjustments include:
Some non-critical limitations remain (e.g. missing ALT text, inaccessible dropdowns, suboptimal header hierarchy), but they do not significantly affect usability and will be addressed in future updates.
The new NLB Klik online bank, currently being rolled out to all users, is mostly compliant with WCAG 2.2 and ZDPSI.
Improvements include:
Some limitations (e.g. missing ALT tags, color contrast issues, dropdowns and combo fields) will be addressed by the end of 2025.
The mobile app supports landscape mode, screen readers and basic accessibility features. Further improvements are planned by the end of 2025.
The app already supports screen readers. Additional improvements such as better contrast, zoom support and horizontal orientation are planned.
Trading is also available via alternative channels (phone, in person). The platform allows basic zoom functionality. A redesign is in progress to improve accessibility.
Due to technical complexity and frequent updates, improvements are implemented gradually. This applies especially to:
Where changes are currently not technically feasible or would cause disproportionate burden, updates will be made in future upgrades.
This statement was prepared on 27 June 2025, based on self-assessment, and published on the same date.
