NLB recieves ECB's license to merge N Bank

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant laws, the NLB Management Board hereby announces:
the receipt of the authorisation of the European Central Bank for acquisition of N Banka d.d., Ljubljana by NOVA LJUBLJANSKA BANKA d.d., Ljubljana.
