Supporting youth in employment

Students and young job seekers entering the labour market represent a special challenge and opportunity for us. Our objective is to become the most desired employer for the most promising staff.

As the largest Slovenian bank and a socially responsible company we bear the responsibility and a duty to connect knowledge with business practice.

The activities whereby we actively facilitate youth employment:

• NLB Summer School: 5-day intensive programme for students, connecting studies and business practice. At lectures and workshops, students can learn the skills of business thinking, planning and implementation.
• Mentorship of project assignments, and diploma/master's theses.
• Qualified NLB experts lecture at various faculties.
• We provide some financial benefits to young job seekers.

In the future we will continue with active work in this area as well as the above stated and additional activities.
