Bank consultancy with an interpreter for the deaf

In August, our video call service in which bank consultants are available 24/7 was upgraded with the presence of an interpreter. The aim is to facilitate the performance of the basic banking services for the deaf and thus enhance their inclusion in the world of the hearing.
The bank consultants in the NLB Contact Centre are able to resolve many problems the clients bring to them -for example, increase authorised overdraft on a card when needed or provide all answers about a loan - and help perform many banking transactions, such as payment of bills or cash remittance. With the inclusion of the interpreters, the video call - the only service of this kind in Slovenia - can now also be used by the deaf and hard of hearing.
Video call with a Slovenian sign language interpreter is available to all deaf and hard of hearing every Wednesday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. over the NLB website.
